Windowless Bathroom

Many modern day houses have internal bathrooms with no windows. Looking at ways to cut our energy costs is something many people are considering, in this scenario the light has to be used every time you use the bathroom.

In this installation of a 160DS Solatube® Daylighting System the light was fitted into the tube internally, creating a natural daylight effect during the day and then appearing to be just a standard light fitting at night.

An additional option for a bathroom is to install a ventilation kit which saves having to have a separate ventilation fitting, this one is integral with the tube
